This machine is for both thread & glue binding and thread-less & glue binding. It is ideal equipment for big or medium sized printing plants and binding plants.
This machine employs several advanced technologies of V.F. speed regulation, PLC system control, PID temperature control, photocell identification and self diagnosis, etc. This machine is developed on basis of our TBB50/3B. The glue pot is enlarged. Speed is increased and functions of automatic glue-off device, time setting for heating, and book core shaking are added. Imported Germany air pump and special glue pot are at request (optional).
